Vivo has launched it’s latest flagship phones Vivo Nex S and Vivo Nex A on Tuesday. The Nex S is the premium model with Snapdragon 845 SoC, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB inbuilt memory. It will also have Vivo’s own in-display fingerprint scanner.
Vivo Nex A has a less powerful processor in Snapdragon 710, 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. Users buying this phone will have to be satisfied with a rear finger print scanner. But then, both phones will feature a very innovative pop-up selfie camera. What this would mean is that there is more space liberated on the screen and both phones have a 91.24 percent screen to body ratio.
Vivo says it’s new camera has AI powered features, filters and an HDR mode. Both phones will have a new UI called Energy UI with a red coloured theme. It also has it’s own assistant jovi AI assistant that claims to have features like Natural Language understanding, Automatic Speech Recognition, emotion detection, text to speech and much more. Both phones will also have a 7.1 inch 3D audio.
The date of Indian launch of this phone have not been disclosed yet but the Chinese price for Vivo Nex A is 4498 Yuan (RS 47,381) and for Vivo Nex S it is 4998 Yuan (Rs 52,648)
