Jacqueline Fernandez is a stunner who aces the fitness game. Ever since she started pole dancing for A Gentleman (2017), she has been hooked to it. However, now she has made some personal modifications to the pole dance fitness regime. Wonder what we are talking about?

Initially, the Bollywood diva was not so inclined towards Yoga, but after coming to India, she fully embraces it. The gorgeous lady is very fond of Yoga, Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation. Yoga is very rooted in the workout and fitness regime of the svelte beauty. She not only does Yoga but also suggests her friends and family practice it. She has been training herself under Yoga Instructor Anuskha Parwani. She starts her yoga with Suryanamaskar followed by varied yogasanas like Sirsasana, Utkatasana, Hanumansana, Virksasana, etc. to maintain her toned and flexible body. She performs about 20-40 Suryanamaskar. She also likes to perform various Pranayamas. According to the dusty beauty, to achieve flexibility, Yoga is the best exercises. Yoga also slows down your stress level. She practices yoga five times a week.

 Jacqueline captioned the pic as ” Yogini.” The picture is going viral as you read this, and people are going gaga over Jacqueline’s fab physique. To be fair, Jacqueline has always sported a bikini-ready body and she never shied away from flaunting it on social media.

On the work front, Jacqueline has had a balanced year, with A Gentleman not making the right noise while Judwaa 2 hit the right chords with the audiences. She is currently busy shooting with Salman Khan for Race 3, which also stars Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem, and many others. This will be Jacqueline’s second association with Salman after Kick (2014). She also has ABCD 3 opposite Salman after she finishes Race 3.
