In the Infamous Malayalam actress assault case, Dileep who is the eight accused has sought the intervention of the court to order police to provide him with the copies of videos which is with police.The defense advocate accused that the police is intentionally making the evidence unavailable for defense.
The charge sheet and the supplementary documents were given to Dileep two weeks ago. But the copy of the video on the memory card was not given.
That’s why Dileep approached the Angamaly court seeking their intervention.
The memory card contains some very important evidence and Defence believes that it will be very helpful to them.
