Crispy Masala Egg Puff Without Oven is a delicious dish which is enjoyed by the people of every age group.

Ingredients to make Crispy Masala Egg Puff Without Oven

All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Boiled Eggs – 3
Onion [chopped] – 1
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Garlic and ginger – 1 tbsp
Tomatoes [chopped] – 1
Garam Masala powder – 1/4 th tsp
Butter – 1/4 th cup [softened] Salt
Oil

How to make Crispy Masala Egg Puff Without Oven

Knead a soft dough using the maida, little oil, salt and water. Leave it to rest for few minutes.
Now heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped ginger, garlic. and once they smell, add the chopped onions.
Saute until golden brown, then add the chopped tomatoes, followed by the powdered masalas, salt. Cook until the masala is cooked and dry enough, let this get cooled enough.
Now roll the dough into big roundel, apply the softened butter all over and fold to seal, roll this chapathi again and fold. repeat this procedure for 3 times.
Now cut this dough into 6 parts, roll each part, place the cooked masala, then half of the boiled egg, bring the ends of the dough to seal.
Now cook this on a pan with very little oil, until the practice puffs up and coloured, serve hot.
