This may not have been a usual investigation for Sheboygan Police Department, but it was imperative that they captured the social nuisance who was stuffing cans and soda bottles in to toilet pipe, especially in woman’s bathroom. Investigators say the suspect did wreck a women’s public restroom at least 30 times in the past two years. Quite a hobby!

This year the culprit has done this three times, 14 times in 2017 and 12 in the year before. He uses 20 ounce soda bottles, but doesn’t flush them down toilet instead he puts them directly in to the pipes. His target has been the restroom at Deland Park mostly.
It’s very inconsiderate,” said mom Chrystal Storck, who brings her son, Grayson, to Deland Park a lot. “It’s really nice to come out here. We love it.” But then what she cannot live with is the fact that the bathroom in the park goes repeatedly out of order. Moms often have to bring their young children in to the bathroom and finds it clogged.
“He’s too young to go in the bathroom by himself, so I take him in the women’s restroom with me,” Storck said. “I don’t even know where the other nearest bathroom is, so it’s a real pain when we can’t use this. Everybody wants and expects clean bathrooms to use at our public parks. As taxpayers, we pay for that. Not to mention, it’s really creepy as a parent, to know that a man is going in to women’s bathroom to do the damage”.
The culprit has so far caused $3000 worth of fixes. His arrest come as a great relief to all.
