INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat bread: 8 slices
  • Hung curd: 1/2 cup
  • Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
  • Carrot, grated: 2 tbsp
  • Onions, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
  • Bell pepper, cubed: 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli, finely chopped: 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander, chopped: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Slather Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the bread slices.
  • Sandwich the curd mixture between bread slices.
  • Brush the sandwiches with olive oil and grill until crisp and golden brown.
