Central Government brings changes to entrance exams including NET and NEET

In a major revamp of the entrance examinations, from Next academic year onwards you can expect some changes. Then onwards two exams will be conducted for NEET and JEE. Students are required to write only one exam, and for those who opt to write the two, the better score will be considered for admission. The NEET, JEE, NET, SEMAT exams conducted by the UGC and CBSE respectively will be conducted by National Testing Agency from the next academic year onwards.

Central Human Resources Minister Prakash Javadekar announced the changes in entrance exams. The exams will be conducted in selected computer centers and also there will be no changes to the syllabus, fees etc. The minister informed that with the new change faster result announcements could be made and also that it aimed at putting an end to the question paper leak.
