Samantha got married to Akkineni Naga Chaitanya last year in Goa in the presence of family members as well as close friends from the Tollywood fraternity. The duo has delivered a slew of blockbuster hits at the box office like Ye Maya Chesave, Auto Nagar Surya, and Manam. They are considered as super Jodi of Tollywood.
This year has been a fruitful year for Samantha so far. The actress has scored a hattrick with back to back hits like Rangasthalam, Mahanati and Irumbhu Thirai.
According to the source, it was heard that the actress is going to put a full stop for her film career in the year 2019 after wrapping up her current commitments. Currently, the actress is busy in shooting for 2 Tamil projects and a Telugu -Tamil bilingual film U-Turn.
On the career front, Samantha has signed a project with her husband Naga Chaitanya which is yet to go on floors. The film will be directed by Shiva Nirvana and the principal shooting of the film will commence by end of this year. Expectations are riding high on this film as it marks the comeback film of the couple together post marriage.
