While the body of M. Karunanidhi is placed for public display in Rajaji Hall, and the fans, cadres and the film celebrities pay homage to the veteran leader, the legal battles continue in the Madras High Court.
Well into 30 minutes of the Court case, the case whether M. Karunanidhi should be buried at the Marine Beach or not, the case leans in favor of the DMK party.
The DMK stated that the AIADMK is all for granting 3,500 sq ft for Jayalalithaa, but are refusing to grant 6 feet for the DMK supremo.
