A transgender in Uttar Pradesh allegedly chopped off a youth’s genitals on Sunday. According to a tweet by ANI, the bizarre incident took place in Shahjahanpur.
Reports inform that the youth, who was the victim of the attack, was from Kanth. Dinesh Tripathi, Additional SP (City) was quoted by ANI saying that the youth is admitted to hospital and is in stable condition now. Police informed that case has been registered and investigation underway.
