One of the most talented South Indian actors of South Indian film industry Dhanush is awaiting the release of his Hollywood debut The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir.
He has now moved on to his busy schedule of Tamil films. He has started working for the sequel of the 2015 release film Maari’s.
He is now teaming up with Sri Thenandal Films for his second movie as a director. Telugu actor Nagarjuna will play a prominent role in the film.

Dhanush had approached megastar Chiranjeevi for the same role. But due to lack of availability of bulk dates for the film, Chiranjeevi opted out of the film.
If Nagarjuna decides to act in the film, this will be a combination to look out for. The film’s title has been not yet decided and it is touted to be a period drama. Dhanush will play the main role in the film.
