Minister of Health and Social Welfare in Kerala told the media that the Police showed laxity in registering the child abuse case in Edappal Malappuram and that was an isolated incident.Kerala Women’s Commission Chairperson had also told that there was serious mistake in the part of the police handling the abuse of a ten-year-old girl.
