Thiruvananthapuram: Arrest warrant for Kerala Water Authority MD, Shina Mol from Kerala High Court. There exists a contempt of court in her name and that is the reason why the order was issued. In an order from the division bench of Kerala High court, on Thursday, had directed her to appear before the court today.
A case was filed against her for contempt of court by Central Government’s Institute of Engineering Projects India Ltd., against which she was supposed to be appeared in court today as per directive.
There was a court directive to pay the additional amount claimed by the company from the water authority. which was not paid by the Managing Director. The company had filed a petition against the same and the arrest warrant was unavoidable in such a situation by the court.
