Ingredients

For Sour Cream:

  • 1 Packet Cream
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp milk

For Mixture:

  • 3 Large boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup carrot (shredded)
  • ½ spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken (boiled & shredded)
  • Salt (As needed for the taste)
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream (already prepared)

For Potato & Cheese Sticks:

  • ½ strips Mozzarella Sticks
  • Maida (as needed)
  • 1 Egg (as needed & well beaten)
  • Bread Crumbs (as needed)
  • Oil (as needed for frying)

Directions

For Sour Cream:

  • Add Cream, lemon juice & milk in a bowl then mix it well
  • Set aside for 5 minutes

For Mixture:

  • First of all, add mashed & boiled potatoes, shredded carrot, spring onions, boiled & well-shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, finely chopped green chillies, & mix it well
  • Now add, prepared sour cream, & mix for a while
  • Add salt & mix again
  • The mixture is ready for potato & cheese sticks

For Potato & Cheese Sticks:

  • Take some potato cheese stick mixture (which is prepared above) from the bowl,
  • Now make a finger shape from this mixture by keeping ½ inches strip Mozzarella stick in this mixture
  • Apply some Maida & dip these into the egg (which is well beaten). Also, apply breadcrumbs
  • Make some sticks like this, now you can store/freeze these potato & cheese sticks up to 3 weeks. But put these sticks into a plastic bag then freeze
  • Add cooking oil in a pan, let it some warm then fry these potato & cheese sticks until they changed into golden brown
  • Tasty Potato & cheese sticks are ready to serve
  • Serve them with raita
