New Delhi: The Indian Railways has decided to operate festival special trains to different cities in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. The national transporter took this decision to ease the festive rush during Diwali and Chhath Puja. The majority of these trains will operate from Delhi, Mumbai and Pune to different cities in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar to accommodate more passengers.
Full list of special trains:
Delhi Jn-Darbhanga Jn-Delhi Jn (05527-0552): From Darbhanga Jn, the train will be running from November 23 to December 7 (every Thursday) and from Delhi Jn, it will run from November 24 to December 8 (every Friday).
Gorakhpur Jn. – New Delhi- Gorakhpur Jn. (05065-05066)> The train will run on every Wednesday and Thursday, having 4 total trips starting till November 16.
Gorakhpur Jn. – New Delhi- Gorakhpur Jn. (05069- 05070) on every Tuesday and Wednesday, having 4 total trips starting from November 14 to 22.
Ara Jn- Anand Vihar Terminal- Ara Jn (03227- 03228) has 14 total trips starting from November 13 to December 3.
Chhapra Jn- New Delhi- Chhapra Jn (05159-05160) every Saturday and Monday, starting from November 11 to 20.
New Delhi- Bapudham Motihari- New Delhi (04018-04017) has a total of 8 trips on the route starting from November 18 to 28.
01417 Pune-Danapur Express- every Sunday from 12th November to 03rd December it will depart from Pune at 06.35 hrs and reach Danapur at 11.40 hrs the next day.
Train no. 01418 Danapur-Pune Express Every Monday from 13th November to 04th December it will depart from Danapur at 13.30 hrs and reach Pune at 18.20 hrs the next day.
Train No. 01419 Pune-Danapur Express- depart from Pune at 15.15 hrs every Wednesday from 15th November to 06th December and reach Danapur at 19.00 hrs the next day.
Train No. 01420 Danapur-Pune Express- depart from Danapur at 22.40 hrs every Thursday from 16th November to 07th December and reach Pune at 05.50 hrs on the third day.

Train no. 01421 Pune-Danapur Express- departs from Pune at 06.35 hrs every Tuesday from 14th November to 05th December and reaches Danapur at 11.40 hrs the next day.
Train no. 01422 Danapur-Pune Express- depart from Danapur at 13.30 hrs every Wednesday from 15th November to 06th December and reach Pune at 19.40 hrs the next day.
