Ramadan Special Recipe : Handva

Handva is a popular Gujarati dish that can be made in less than 20 minutes. It is the perfect dish for days when you are racing against time!

Ingredients:

  • Idly mix
  • Oil
  • Chopped dhania
  • Jeera
  • Salt
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curd

How To Make:

  1. Mix idly batter, curd, chopped dhania and salt. Beat well.
  2. Add the oil in a pan. And then add mustard seeds and jeera to it.
  3. Let them crackle for 30 seconds in the oven.
  4. Grease a pan with oil and add the batter to it. Add the crackled seeds on the top of the mixture.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Cut into equal sized pieces and serve hot.
