The supplemental chargesheet states that Arshdeep Singh alias Arsh Dala, a ‘listed individual terrorist’ based in Canada, along with accused Manpreet Singh alias Peeta, recruited Amritpal Singh alias Ammy, Amrik Singh, Jassa Singh, and Gagandeep Singh alias Mithi into their terrorist group.

Amritpal Singh, also known as Ammy, and Amrik Singh, who operated out of the Philippines, were heavily involved in recruiting young people for the terrorist organization headed by Arsh Dala. They were involved in extortion and the subsequent use of extortion earnings for terrorist activities, in addition to transporting explosives and weapons from Pakistan.
