Vegetable Curd Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- Whole wheat bread: 8 slices
- Hung curd: 1/2 cup
- Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
- Carrot, grated: 2 tbsp
- Onions, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
- Bell pepper, cubed: 2 tbsp
- Green chilli, finely chopped: 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander, chopped: 1 tbsp
- Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
- Slather Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the bread slices.
- Sandwich the curd mixture between bread slices.
- Brush the sandwiches with olive oil and grill until crisp and golden brown.
