*Ingredients:*
– 1 kg ripe pineapple
– 800 grams sugar
– 2 litres of water
– 1 piece of cinnamon
– 4 pieces of clove
– 2 pieces of cardamom
– 1 teaspoon yeast
– 3 tablespoons wheat

*Preparation:*
1. Peel and core the pineapple.
2. Cut it into small chunks and place them in a large container.
3. Add sugar, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and water; boil the mix.
4. Cook the pineapple chunks for an additional five minutes on low flame; set aside to cool.
5. Pour the wine mix into a vessel or bottle for storage.
6. Add yeast and wheat; stir well.
7. Seal the vessel tightly with a light-colored cloth, preferably white, allowing gases to escape.
8. Place the vessel in a cool, dark place for pineapple wine fermentation.
9. The next day, stir the mix with a skimmer and return it to the dark place.
10. Repeat this process for four days.
11. On the fifth day, stir the wine and sieve it using a sift.
12. Your super tasty pineapple wine is now ready! (Ensure the skimmer and all utensils used are dry.)
