A vehicle driver died and one police personnel got injured on Saturday after terrorists fired upon police vehicle in Kulgam’s Nandmarg in Jammu and Kashmir.
The said vehicle was part of convoy of MLA Noorabad Ab Majid Padroo.
The police vehicle driver, who died on the spot after the attack, has been identified as Khurshid Ahmad.
Earlier today Top Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Waseem Shah and another member of the terrorist outfit were killed in an encounter in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district .
Following the encounter, the Jammu and Kashmir Authorities have ordered Telecom companies to downgrade Internet speed to 2G in Kashmir.
