Oman government has decided to extend the land border closure for another week, until Feb. 8. The decision was taken to curb the spread of the coronavirus. The decision was taken by the Supreme Committee to tackle the Covid-19.
The borders were closed on January 19 because of concerns about a new coronavirus variant, a measure that was extended last week.
