Recently discovered in Hawaiian lava flows, the orange mushroom in question—named Dictyophora by scientists—reportedly secretes an odor that gives women instantaneous orgasms. If that sounds too good to be true, it’s not: According to a study conducted by International Journal of Medicinal Mushrooms, over half of the women who participated climaxed. Ladies, rejoice!
Unfortunately, this very same mushroom is totally repulsive to men. While it may carry euphoric qualities for women, all the guys who participated in the study were not particularly taken with the smell. FoodBeast even compared it to “week old horse shit”. Yikes.
Looks like this discovery is going to have to be one for the women. And it’s probably best to enjoy these bad boys while watching something equally titillating
