Mother arrested for killing new born baby in Kerala
Police on Saturday arrested a mother in connection with the murder of an eight-day-old child.
Kattapana Murikkadu native Sandhya was arrested for allegedly strangling the tender child to death.
From the post-mortem report, it was found that the child died of asphyxiation. In the interrogation that followed,Sandhya was arrested Saturday morning.
The child of Binu and Sandhya was found dead in their house on Thursday morning. The police filed a case for unnatural death after bruises and injury marks were found on the child’s body.
