At the International Borders (IB) firing is taking place between the Indian Army and Pakistan. Pakistan has violated the ceasefire truce during the Ramadan.
The firing began at 02:15 AM in Akhnoor. It was an unprovoked firing.

Pakistan has resorted to the use of mortar shelling.
In the firing, 2 BSF jawans have been martyred. BSF gives a befitting reply to Pakistan’s firing.
