Subramanian Swamy alleges fresh bribery charge against Kejriwal

Veteran politician Subramanian Swamy has targeted Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over another Rs 2 crore alleged bribery case, after sacked AAP Minister Kapil Mishra accused him of bribery recently.

“To benefit a private company he had indulged in corruption. Despite providing proof and submitting the same to the investigating agencies, nothing has been done so far,” Swamy said.

“Kejriwal is a fraud. He is a ‘420’. So, I think Kejriwal is making all these statements, because he has nothing to say in his defence. He has been caught redhanded. There are many cases against him and is also facing defamation cases in Delhi courts. I am sure that Kejriwal is going to spend a long time in jail,” Swamy added.

Revealing details of the alleged bribe, Swamy said that Kejriwal accepted the money in four installments of Rs 50 lakh each and in return, the leader dismissed a pending VAT issue of a private company.
