1993 Mumbai Blasts case: Karimullah Khan

Karimullah Kan was sentenced to life along with a fine of 2 lakhs, failing which he would have to spend another two years in jail. The prosecution had demanded death for Karimullah Khan and 4 others who collectively put together an attack on India, one of the worst on the country. 

The serial blasts in the countrys financial capital on 12 March, 1993 left 257 people dead, 713 seriously injured, and destroyed property worth Rs 27 crore.
