It’s cricket frenzy in India and Katrina Kaif is seen building the frenzy for most of the tournaments. Whether it’s bars, social gathering or even office breaks, everyone just can’t seem to stop talking about it.
The months of April and May symbolise a phase where everything else becomes secondary, with India’s cash-rich T20 spectacle stealing the limelight. And, understandably, people from other sectors mainly fashion and Bollywood join hands with cricket to ride the IPL wave.
With cricket becoming the main course for any gossip or discourse, the obvious topic seems to be “the favorite cricketer” of a celebrity. Katrina Kaif has been asked the question a thousand times, while she has been quiet before, the actress came out with the icon recently.
But unlike the other B-Town celebs Kat seems to have a thing for gentlemen. And, if you’ve followed cricket in the past, you’d know that no cricketer (current or former) can match the mannerisms of Rahul Dravid.
“I like Rahul Dravid, who I believe is a true gentleman… He never seems to get upset, angry or hyper and having said that I have never spoken more than three words with him. He is very shy”, Katrina revealed.
Apart from watching the RCB matches, Katrina also interacted with Dravid during the promo shoots when he was leading the Bangalore team in 2008.
The comments of the Bollywood actress came hours after she made her debut on Instagram. Katrina had been teasing her Facebook fans for a while, before finally revealing her new address on the social media.
