Actor Dharmajan Bolgatty revealed his heartfelt emotions while Dileep was in jail.
Dharmajan was even trolled through social media when the former turned up in front of Aluva sub-jail in an inebriated state when Dileep was granted bail by the High Court in the infamous actress attack case.
He didn’t feel ashamed at all about his behavior that day. He said that it was Nadirsha who phoned him to tell the news about Dileep’s bail.
“I had a few pegs as I was really excited about the news. I reached the jail premises wearing sunglasses so that people wouldn’t recognize my condition. A lot of people including Pisharody had scolded me that day for turning up drunk in front of the prison. I never felt it was a terrible mistake,” he said.
Dharmajan said that he was really upset with Dileep’s plight in prison and that he had not had a peg of alcohol since that day.
“When I lie down on my bed to sleep, I see the AC gifted to me by Dileepettan. I couldn’t sleep with a peaceful mind with that AC in sight. So I, my wife and kids slept on a mat on the floor until Dileepettan was out of jail,” revealed the actor.
