Tollywood actor Nani met with an accident in Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad, actor’s car smashed into an electric poll but fortunately, he escaped with minor injuries. The accident took place at Jubilee Hills Road No. 45 after the actor’s driver reportedly dozed off behind the wheel.
The duo was traveling from Jubilee Hills to Gachibowli in a Toyota Innova car, after a shoot.
“The accident occurred around 4.30 am on Friday when the SUV driven by Srinivas with Nani in the backseat, rammed into an electric pole. Fortunately, the airbags installed in the car saved their lives and the impact of the crash was reduced,” Sub-Inspector Naresh from the Jubilee Hills police station was quoted.
A case has been registered against the driver under section 3 of the PDPP (prevention of damage to public property) Act, and the police said that they were investigating the matter.
Nani said that he was okay, barring “Just a few bruises here and there.”
