RCB’s final eleven

Ab de Villiers sat out for the last match due to some health issues and with him all set to make it back it in to the eleven, it will be interesting whom they are going to replace. McCullum could go out, but it will be unfair to just give the odd game to a batsman of his class. He could either replace De Cock or Grandhomme and may be a Parthiv Patel could come in to reinforce the batting replacing Manan Vohra.

Will Rohit open today ?
It’s not the first time this question is being raised but MI still prefers to play him at number 3. Evin Lewis had an ordinary Match previously and in the crunch game, the captain needs to push himself up and take control of the innings from ball one.

Bumrah v/s AB and Kohli
Jasprit Bumrah is currently amongst the premium white ball bowlers in the world. With penetrating toe crushers, unsual action and a variety of slower balls, it will be interesting to see how he handles the duo of world’s best – Ab and Kohli

Chahal v/s Rohit Sharma
Chahal was the lone performer for RCB last season. Although currently he is not enjoying a time as good as that, he will be up against his national team mate with a bag of tricks. One of the rare person to have represented india in two national events, Chahal will know the Bangalore pitch like the back of his hand and would have already started setting his plans. The desperation of Rohit Sharma to do it as a captain might just the get better out of him. Chahal – Sharma encounter has a lot of prospect.
