Whang-od Oggay popularly known as Maria Oggay is a Filipina Tattoo artist from Buscalan, Tingalayan, Kalinga, Philippines. She is the oldest Mambabatok, that is traditional Kalinga tattooist. This 100 years old tattoo artist who uses a bamboo hammer, thorns and charcoal to make tattoos and people say it is less painful compared to modern tattoo machines.
