It was after his routine Shakha, Ravinder Gosain(58), an RSS Sanghpracharak returned home as usual. Seldom he expected two raging foes behind him as he was about to enter his home at Basti Jodhewal in Ludhiana. On seeing her granddaughter Dikshita ran up to him and he took her up in his hands and cuddled when two thundering bullet shots were heard and Ravindra Gosain breathed his last. The foes who shot at him were two armed men riding a yellow coloured Honda Stunner motorcycle. They had been following him after the Shakha was over and shot him down at the Kailas Nagar road before his house. Ravindra Gosain’s granddaughter Dikshita and his grandson were witnesses to this gory act. Ravindra Gosain was shot dead on October 17, 2017, and in the same year, a man named Hardeep Singh was arrested in this case. But what thought to be a political or personal rivalry has attained the heights of a case related to our national security with the stunning findings made by NIA.
Behind the murder
NIA(National Investigation Agency) has found out that Hardeep Singh and his accomplice Ramandeep, a sewing machine mechanic, who were behind the murder of Ravindra Gosain were also involved in eight other murders and attempted murders in Punjab in 2016 and 2017. A pastor was also killed by the accused. In NIA’s words, the crimes were ” part of a conspiracy to destabilize Punjab hatched by Sikh extremist elements and others located in various parts of the world”.
Hardeep Singh’s initiation by Harminder Singh Mittoo
He was in his 19s when Hardeep Singh was spotted by the Khalistan Liberation Force(KLF) in Italy. Hardeep Singh was living with his family in Cremona, Italy. In the summer of 2013, he was visited by none another than Harminder Singh Mittoo, a senior KLF leader, who died of a cardiac arrest in a Punjab prison later. Mittoo recognized the young Hardeep’s potential in the Khalistani Movement and did not forget to share his skype ID (@billoobakra) with him.
Why Ravindra Gosain?
Hardeep Singh was entrusted by his organisation KLF to kill any RSS leader. But when they reached the park in Ludhiana were a Shakha or congregation was being held, it was already over. Then they spotted Ravindra Gosain in his “Khaki Shorts” and fixed him as the target. Hardeep Singh and his accomplice Ramandeep in their yellow Honda stunner motorcycle followed Gosain and shot him dead before his house.NIA notes that Hardeep Singh would fly down from Italy as and when he was assigned a target.

The persons or organisations who oppose the ideas of Sikh etremist Jarnail Singh Bindranwale are the prime targets for elimination.KLF members keep a close watch on posts in the social media and choose targets who held anti Sikh views.
Other findings
Hardeep Singh travelled to and fro from Italy to India on several occasions. During all the periods he was in India after 22/12/15, at least one incident of targeted killings or murder attempts had taken place.No incident of targeted killings happened while Singh was
in Italy and this helped to zero in on the new face of Khalistani terror by the NIA. The chargesheet was filled by the NIA on May 5. It was filed against 15 persons in a special court in Punjab. Hardeep Singhs contact via Skype with KLF chief Harmeender Singh aka ‘phd’is also mentioned in the chargesheet. From analysing the communication NIA found out Harmeet Singh’s location at Gurudwara Bibi Nanki in Lahore, Pakistan. Harmeet Singh has always got Pakistan ISI’s support and he is working under the”tutelage of Pakistan’s ISI”, NIA clarified.
Harminder Singh Mittoo had been arrested in Thailand in 2014 and was deported to India. After his deportation, the KLF chief Harmeet Singh himself completed the initiation ceremony of Hardeep Singh by implanting hatred against India and also classifying the organisations RSS, Shivasena as responsible for carrying out anti-Sikh campaigns.H armeet made Hardeep avenge for the so called persecution of the Sikh community by carrying out terrorist acts which targeted on specific communities and organisations, as per the NIA chargesheet. The charge sheet says about the incident when Hardeep Singh was denied the visa to Dubai on grounds that he was”too young to travel with out a guardian”.This forced Harmeet Sinh to give Hardeep Singh training in Italy. In Italy, Hardeep Singh was trained under Gurjinder Singh who gave him a “neat& clean” route map for killings. Hardeep was told not to reveal or display personal traits while carrying out the killings, to avoid CCTVs, not use personal vehicles and all this kept in mind he would be provided with the names
of the targets.THus the young Punjabi Hardeep Singh was made an ultimate hitman for the KLF.
The NIA charge sheet clearly mentions the pecuniary benefits that Hardeep Singh received for carrying out the tasks. Singh received around Rs.23 lakh between July 2016 and November 2017 from Italy, Australia and the UK through various channels like wire transfers and Hawala transactions. Hardeep’s accomplice Ramandeep had also been convinced into the KLF activities by its chief Harmeet Singh brainwashing him also about the sso-calledSikh persecution.
Thus the knowledge that Ravindra Gosain, a staunch RSS worker’s murder is part of a larger international conspiracy involving the KLF and ISI is a thing of worry to the common citizens of this country.
