The much anticipated Veere Di wedding starring a stellar cast of Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania will get to theatres without a single cut from censor board, but then there is a price to pay for it. The film has bagged an ‘A’ certificate thanks to all the cusswords, abuses and other profanities. The trailer itself was quite shocking.

There will be scenes including one of the leads using virbrator, discussing orgasm, using the ‘F’ word and other popular hindi cusswords. One of the CBFC member was taken aback by the language used in the film and described it as “drunk Fisherwomen”.
The film’s screening for censor certificate was attended by Anil Kapoor and Jeetendra , fathers of the producers of the film Rhea Kapoor and Ekta. Thy have reportedly spoken in favour of the film and said such language usage are common now. But that did not stop the Censor Board from using their scissors.
