Ramadan Special Recipe : Chicken Pakora With Bones

Ingredients

  • 500 gm chicken with bones
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Oil to deep fry

How To Prepare

  1. Combine the chicken, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, onion, coriander powder, gram flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and a little water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Top it with lemon juice.
  5. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
