Ganesh Kumar’s Issue: Goverenment Lied About the Transfer of Circle Inspector

Ganesh Kumar M.L.A’s movie style attack on a youngster and his mother for not giving space for his car to pass had landed the actor-politician and the government in a lot of trouble. Recently when the M.L.A responded to the allegations saying that there is an attempt to vilify him and that once his innocence is proved, all remarks made against him should be withdrawn.

But then the Government ran in to further trouble as doubts of Anchal Circle Inspector K.R Mohandas helping Ganesh Kumar surfaced. He was soon given a transfer to Kottayam and Government had informed on the floor that it was a disciplinary action against the C.I. But this is found to be false now.

It was Anil Akkara who raised the question on the floor whether M.L.As have the power to beat citizens. He accused the government of teaming up with Ganesh Kumar against the victim. It was for such allegations that the government replied that the shady C.I was transferred. Kadakampally Surendran  informed this in the Assembly.
