Likely prolonged Governor’s rule in J&K as no chances of fresh polls soon.

With the BJP pulling out of the alliance, the government fell down in Kashmir and the CM Mehbooba Mufti after submitting her resignation letter to the Governor expressed her indignation at using ‘muscular power’ over the Kashmir issue.

Neither Congress or National Conference has extended their hands to PDP, which makes sure that Jammu and Kashmir will be under prolonged Governor’s rule as there no near chances of any elections.

Bypolls to the Anant Nag Lok Sabha seat could not be held in the last one year due to the hostile situations and it’s unlikely that fresh elections will happen for the state assembly.

After the misuse of the Central Government declared cease-fire by the separatists, Militants and the Pakistani forces and terrorists, the Government has given this time ‘free hand’ to the security forces. The Army and other security forces are planning to launch ‘Operation All Out II’ against the terrorists in the state. In its first phase more than three hundred militants, including their several top commanders, were killed in 2017 and during the first four and half months of 2018.
