This woman never had a relationship yet but doesn’t worry about it and doesn’t Pity herself despite what others talk about her. In an article for an Australian website, she describes how someone once greeted her at a social event with the words: “Oh, it’s The Virgin!”. On other occasions, she says she has been told she must be “too picky” – an infuriating comment typically made by people who don’t know her.

“I don’t feel shame because I don’t think there is something inherently ‘wrong’ with being a virgin or with me,” she writes in the article. “I don’t worry that I’m not worth liking,” she added.
The girl had liked some guys, but they weren’t single. The encounters she had with the singles didn’t lead to anything. She says the spark was missing. Also, the idea of one-night stand is very unappealing to her.
she says there are many people with sexual experience who should feel shame – such as those who have cheated on or lied to a partner.
The woman goes on to question how she came to be in such a situation. “It wasn’t a conscious decision. I, like many people, definitely want to find a person to love and respect who will reciprocate that,” she said.
