Could Shabna end up being another Jasna?

The mystery surrounding the absconding of an 18-year-old girl from Anjalummood of Kollam district is intensifying. It was a week before that Shabna, from Thrikkadavoor, went missing.

The police took into custody and questioned the guy who allegedly was in a romantic affair with the girl, but didn’t get any information. The parents and relatives are worried about the fact that for a week, there has been no information about the girl.

Last Tuesday, Shabna left home to attend her PSC coaching class, but nobody saw her after that. On the same day, Shabna’s bag was found from Kollam beach. With the help of coast guard, a search was held in Sea.

From a CCTV kept near, visuals of Shabna approaching the beach have been found. The relative of Shabna who was close to her was also taken into custody. The girl’s parents had caught her love affair three days back and didn’t approve of it. She went missing after that. Kollam East Police have registered a case and the investigation is going on.
