P.M Modi Offers More Help For Kerala and This time Its Not Money, But Something More Important

The central government has come up with more assistance for the flood-hit south India state Kerala. P.M Modi had already declared an interim help of Rs 500 Crores along with many other announcements that brought some relief to the citizens of Kerala.

Now P.M Modi has assured 50000 metric tons of rice and wheat for the state. A meeting was held under Central Cabinet Secretary to asses the situation in Kerala. The cabinet secretary gave instructions to ensure proper and adequate supply of food and medicines for the state. Until the situation becomes normal, the military and other forces will continue to be in Kerala.

The Food department will provide 50000 metric tons of Rice and wheat. 100 tons of pulses will reach Kerala tomorrow. 12000 liters if Kerosene will be given by the petroleum department. The health department will give 60 tons of medicines. 6 medical teams are given instructions to be alert.
