Hanan, 20-year-old college student who shot to fame following a picture of her selling fish in Kochi, will be playing the blind singer who works in Malayalam and Tamil cinema.
Hanan was trolled for selling fish to meet her educational needs. Trollers alleged that she was doing for publicity and later all allegations were found wrong.
“I will be playing the central character in the movie. It will be a challenge and will be an exciting venture. As of now, I can’t reveal any other details,” Hanan said.
Hanan has bagged several other Malayalam film projects. Among them are Soubin Sahir’s Ara Kallan Mukkal Kallan, Mittayi Therivu and Viral 2019.
Apart from her acting ventures, Hanan will be joining a few stage shows abroad. “Stage-shows keep me lively. I get invitations to chair functions, perform live music and mimicry shows and to give speeches at several programmes. I am happy to have shared a few inauguration functions with actresses like Miya and Jewel Mary,” she said.
