The Banks will be working on the coming Sunday, that is March 31. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has instructed banks to remain open as March 31 is the ‘Financial Year Ending’.
The bank branches dealing with government business may remain open on this Sunday. The branches will work from 8 am to 6 pm. This is to ensure the smooth functioning of the government’s business on financial year ending.
