The Election Commission of India (ECI) has sought a report from the Information and Broadcasting Ministry on the sudden launch of NaMo TV.
Both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have promoted NaMo TV, which was later renamed as Content TV. The channel is devoted to the coverage of PM Modi’s speeches and rallies.
