A court in Mumbai has granted an anticipatory bail to Binoy Kodiyeri, the son of CPM state committee secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on a case of sexual assault given by a woman from Bihar.
The court has granted him conditional bail. Binoy must submit Rs.25,000 and surety before the court. Also, he must be present on all Mondays before the investigating officer.
