A girl aged 5 was sexually assaulted by a US embassy staff driver near to staff quarters at Chanakyapuri, Delhi. The driver is arrested under POCSO act together with IPC sections of rape.
The medical check-up of the girl confirmed sexual assault, a police official said. The girl has been discharged from the hospital after the examination.
