Researchers from the Johns Hopkins University predicted that the deaths from COVID-19 may surpass 240,000. This was informed by the data released by Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center.
The total case count stands at thirty three lakh eighty six thousand five hundred nineteen. Of these, more than ten lakh have recovered. On March 11, the Word Health Organization declared the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
