Second convoy leaves Ukraine’s Sumy, with refugees

Ukraine’s deputy presidential chief of staff Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported on Tuesday that a second truckload of evacuees departed the Ukrainian city of Sumy on Tuesday via a “humanitarian corridor” established under a temporary truce agreement with Russia.

Earlier on Tuesday, regional authorities announced that the ceasefire had generally maintained, allowing a first wave of civilians, including 1,000 international students, to be evacuated.
