CM Pinarayi Vijayan Claims Opposition Undermines Government’s Credibility

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan strongly criticized the Congress-led opposition, accusing them of undermining the LDF government’s credibility by boycotting the ‘Nava Kerala Sadas’ public outreach program. During a media address, Vijayan highlighted the overwhelming support from Kasaragod, refuting opposition claims. He reassured the public, stating, “Each complaint will be examined, and necessary action will be taken.”

Vijayan emphasized the significant public turnout at Nava Kerala Sadas, interpreting it as support for Kerala’s progress. He criticized the opposition for exploiting the financial crisis to erode support for the LDF government, attributing the crisis to the central government.

The CM condemned media attempts to damage the government’s credibility and discussed the judiciary’s role in the Aluva child rape and murder case. He deemed malpractices in the Youth Congress election unfortunate, with investigations underway to assess potential impacts on the state election.

The Nava Kerala Sadas, addressing public grievances and outlining government development plans, will conclude on December 23 in Vattiyoorkavu constituency, Thiruvananthapuram.
