*For caramel cream:*
– 7 tablespoons sugar
– 4 tablespoons (60 grams) butter
– 4 tablespoons condensed milk
– 4 tablespoons cream
– ½ cup whipping cream

**Preparation:**
1. Mix the flour and baking powder.
2. Separate egg yolks, beat egg whites.
3. Thoroughly whip butter and sugar.
4. Add egg yolk, salt, and vanilla essence; beat until smooth.
5. Gently add warm milk.
6. Mix in the flour.
7. Gradually fold in beaten egg whites.
8. Pour into an eight-inch baking pan.

3. Avoid layering the top; instead, pour caramel syrup over it.
