Here’s a simple recipe for making delicious beef cutlets:


– 500g ground beef
– 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying
– 2 eggs (optional, for coating)


1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.

2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. The mixture should be firm enough to shape into cutlets.

3. Shape the mixture into round or oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

4. If using eggs for coating, beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg, ensuring it’s well coated.

5. Roll the cutlets in bread crumbs, making sure they are evenly coated.

6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the cutlets in the pan and fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.

7. Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

8. Serve the beef cutlets hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
