Ingredients:
– 1 cup jasmine rice
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 cup water
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
2. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
